Eng. Khalid Abdullah Alhussan is a Board member and the Chief Executive Officer of Saudi Tadawul Group. He also serves as the Chairman of the Saudi Exchange, the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa), the Securities Clearing Center Company (Muqassa) and Tadawul Advanced Solutions Company (Wamid) an applied technology services business and the innovation arm of Saudi Tadawul Group. Additionally, Al Hussan is a board member in the World Federation of Exchanges (WFE) and Tadawul Real Estate Company. Alhussan has more than 14 years of capital market and financial sector experience and possesses a wide range of expertise from business development and corporate planning to strategy and operations. Preceding his appointment as CEO of the Group, Eng. Khalid was the CEO of The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) - now known as the Saudi Exchange - for more than 5 years. Throughout his tenure at the Exchange, Khalid has overseen the introduction and implementation of several key development programs, including the Qualified Foreign Investor (QFI) framework, the inclusion of Tadawul in the emerging markets’ indices, the launch of Nomu and the derivative markets, the development of the fixed income market and the record-setting IPO of Saudi Aramco. Notably and most recently, led the transformation into the Saudi Tadawul Group. Prior to joining the Exchange, Eng. Khalid worked in the insurance sector, managing areas of business, marketing, and strategy. Khalid is an engineer and holds an MBA from the University of Colorado, where he is also a certified entrepreneur.

Dr. Bellegarde is currently the CEO Advisor at the Saudi Tadawul Holding Group. He is a Board member of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) and Securities Clearing Center Company (Muqassa) and the Saudi Exchange Company and Tadawul Advanced Solutions Company (Wamid).  

He was a member of the NYSE-Euronext management Committee from 2007 to 2014 as Group Executive Vice-President in charge of European Equities and Listings. His mandate extended to cover domestic and International Listings, Equity and Index derivatives, Index business development, structured products as well as market operations. He acted as chairman of SmartPool (Block trading platform), Board member of LIFFE AM, Qatar Exchange, Clearnet SA as well as Interbosla (Portuguese CSD).  

Dr. Bellegarde has a PhD degree in Treasury Finance Banking from De La Sorbonne University in France.

Mr. Al-Hazzani is the Chief Executive Office of the Securities Clearing Center Company (Muqassa). He is a Board member of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) and Tadawul Advanced Solutions Company (Wamid) and the Saudi Exchange. He carries a wealth knowledge in the capital market, risk management and clearing and settlement. Mr. Al-Hazzani has occupied many leading positions within Tadawul Saudi Group which includes heading the clearing and settlement function and Post Trade Transformation Program. Mr. Al-Hazzani holds an MBA -Minor in Finance and bachelor’s degree in computer science from King Saud University in Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Al-Ateeq is currently a Board Member of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa), and the Chief Executive Officer of Fund and Funds “Jada” in addition to being the Vice Chairperson of Riyad Capital. Mr. Al-Ateeq has more than 25 years of experience in Capital Markets, Real Estate, Private Equity. He held many roles, responsibilities, and leadership positions in Riyad Bank, Riyad Capital, and Saudi Central Bank.  

Mr. Al- Ateeq holds a master’s degree in Finance and Investment from University of Pittsburgh and completed several executive leadership programs leading universities such as London Business School and Stanford University.

Mr. Shukla is the CEO of HSBC Saudi Arabia (HSBC SA), a role he has held since 2019. He joined HSBC in 2004 and has held several roles since then. These have included Head of Global Banking & Markets for HSBC SA, Head of Investment Banking for HSBC SA, regional Head of Debt Capital Markets for HSBC group in MENA, and Head of Debt Capital Markets for HSBC SA. Mr. Shukla has over 30 years of experience, including eight years with Citibank in the Asia Pacific immediately prior to joining HSBC, and six years with Tata Steel in India prior to that. He is a non-executive director on the Board of Securities Center Depositary Company (Edaa) and holds nonexecutive position as a Joint Secretary in the national Executive Committee of the Saudi Indian Business Network (SIBN).  

Mr. Shukla holds an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management.

Dr. Tariq Al-Naeem has around 20 years of professional experience, mostly in the financial services industry. He is presently the CEO for the Water Transmission & Technologies Company, a state-owned Company responsible for developing, constructing, and operating infrastructure projects, primarily in the Water sector. He previously held multiple executive positions, in both public and private sectors, most notably, CEO for Medgulf Insurance, CMA board commissioner, Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Commerce & Investment, Strategy GM at AlRajhi Bank group, Asset Services GM at Tadawul Stock Exchange. He is presently and has also been a board member at several public and private organizations.  

Tariq has a PhD in Information Systems from UNSW (Sydney, Australia), and BS and MS degrees in Computer Science from King Saud University.
