Khalid-Abdullah Al-HussanChairman of the Board of Directors
Eng. Khalid Abdullah AlHussan is a Board member and the Chief Executive Officer of Saudi Tadawul Group. He also serves as the Chairman of the Saudi Exchange, the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa), the Securities Clearing Center Company (Muqassa), and STG Investment Holdings Company. Additionally, Eng. AlHussan is a board member in the World Federation of Exchanges (WFE), Tadawul Real Estate Company, E-Finance for Digital and Financial Investments and Gulf Mercantile Exchange.
Eng. AlHussan has more than 17 years of capital market and financial sector experience and possesses a wide range of expertise from business development and corporate planning to strategy and operations. Preceding his appointment as CEO of the Group, Eng. AlHussan was the CEO of The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) - now known as the Saudi Exchange - for more than 5 years.
Throughout his tenure at the Exchange, Eng. AlHussan has overseen the introduction and implementation of several key development programs, including the Qualified Foreign Investor (QFI) framework, the inclusion of Tadawul in the emerging markets’ indices, the launch of Nomu and the derivative markets, the development of the fixed income market and the record-setting IPO of Saudi Aramco. Notably and most recently, led the transformation into the Saudi Tadawul Group.
Prior to joining the Exchange, Eng. AlHussan worked in the insurance sector, managing areas of business product development and strategy.
Eng. AlHussan is an engineer and holds an MBA from the University of Colorado, where he is also a certified entrepreneur. -
Mark-MakepeaceVice Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Mark Makepeace is the CEO of Wilshire Indexes, Co-Chairman of Wilshire Advisors, and, as a result, a director in a number of Wilshire subsidiaries. He is also a Board member of the Saudi Tadawul Group and was a Board director of the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX) until March 2024. Previously he was the Founder of FTSE Russell and its CEO until January 2019 and the Executive Director of Information Services at the London Stock Exchanges Group (LSEG). He has been a UNICEF Vice President in the UK since 2011.
He also led the equities regulation in the United Kingdom and participated in establishing the first international stock market across borders in Europe. He was the founder and CEO of FTSE Russell since 1995 until 2019 and Executive Director of Information Services at the London Stock Exchange Group from 2012 to 2019.

He has founded successful businesses in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas, and was also the first Chairman and founding member of the Index Industry Association. -
Xavier RoletMember of the Board of Directors
Mr. Xavier Rolet is a member of the Board of Directors of Wamid and Saudi Tadawul Group. He is currently Chairman and CEO of NYSE-listed World Quantum Growth Acquisition Corporation, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Phosagro PJSC, Chairman of the Board of Shore Capital Markets, Chairman of the Remuneration Committe and Board Member of Seplat Energy, Board Member of Golden Falcon Acquisition Corporation and Tadawul Advanced Solutions Company (WAMID) and Senior Advisor to Towerbrook Capital Partners LLP. He is also an External Director for Portfolio Companies at the Public Investment Fund (PIF). He was previously the CEO of CQS (UK) LLP and the CEO of the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) from 2009 until 2017, during which time its market capitalization increased from $1.2 Bln to $21 Bln. Prior to that, he worked for Lehman Brothers in New York as co-head of global equities and derivatives trading, head of European and Asian Equities in London and CEO of Banque Lehman Brothers in Paris. Prior to that, he was global head of European Equities at Credit Suisse First Boston and a Vice President and Executive Director at Goldman Sachs & Co in New York and London. After graduating from the Kedge Business School with an MSc in Management studies in 1981, Mr. Rolet served as a Second Lieutenant and Instructor at the French Air Force Academy. He received a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Columbia Business School in 1984 and a post-graduate degree from the Paris-based Institute of Advanced Studies in National Defence (IHEDN) in 2008. Mr. Rolet is a Knight Commander of the British Empire (Hon), a Knight of the Order of the French Legion of Honor, an Officer of the Royal Sharifian Order of Al-Alawi, and a recipient of the Order of Friendship of the Russian Federation. He featured in the 2017 Harvard Business Review list of the Best 100 CEOs in the world.

Ahmed Mohammed Al-EneziMember of the Board of Directors
Ahmed Al-Enezi is the Chief Executive Officer of Barq and a Board Member of the Insurance Authority. He also serves as a Board Member of WAMID, the applied technology services business and innovation arm of the Saudi Tadawul Group, as well as e-Finance Investment Group.
With a diverse background in fintech, banking, and financial services, he has led major digital transformation and strategic growth initiatives across both start-ups and established companies. He has demonstrated excellence in formulating strategies, crafting business plans, and developing training programs. Notably, he played a pivotal role in founding “stc pay” and later served as its CEO.
Al-Enezi holds a master’s degree in Finance from the University of Delaware and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from King Saud University in Riyadh.

Yazeed AlDomaijiChief Executive Officer
Yazeed AlDomaiji is the Chief Executive Officer of Wamid, Saudi Tadawul Group's innovation-focused company, driving technological advancement to boost economic growth across Saudi Arabia’s financial ecosystem. He has over 17 years of experience working in capital markets, corporate finance, fintech, strategy, and project management.
Before joining Wamid, he served as the Strategy, Research & International Relations Deputy at the Capital Market Authority, leading the development and implementation of the CMA’s strategic plan. Over his career, he also served as the Deputy Assistant of Strategy, Research & International Relations, Manager of Market Surveillance & Analysis, he started his career in corporate banking.
In recent years, AlDomaiji has been part of number of national finance committees. He was the vice chairman of Fintech Saudi Supervisory Committee, and the Secretary of Sukuk Market and Debt Instruments Development Committee in FSDP.
Mr. Yazeed holds a Master of Science in Finance from Texas A&M University and a BSc in Business Administration from King Saud University. He completed an executive education program at Columbia Business School and has multiple professional certificates in financial management. -
James Jonathan ParkerChief of Venture Development
James has over 10 years of experience in global capital markets, having held key roles at JP Morgan, Société Générale, and Credit Suisse.
He has been deeply involved in various transactions, particularly in the valuation of controlling entities and investments in strategic partners to complement existing business models.Currently, James serves as the Chief Venture Development Officer at Wamid, where he is responsible for driving innovation and growth in the capital markets by fostering strategic partnerships and delivering technology-based solutions for the broader Saudi Tadawul Group.
Previously, in 2023, James was the Chief Program Management Advisor leading the launch of the Tiqmo Digital Wallet business. From 2020 to 2022, he held the role of Chief Risk Officer for the Middle East region at Credit Suisse.
James earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of London.
